Because I am lame, here are two more sentences from my latest Finnish course worksheet that made me chortle.

Keke lienee jo Palloliiton faksihuoneessa työntämässä eurosaavutuksiaan laitteeseen.

Hee! I bet you're just saying that because you miss hearing Finnish everyday :'DD (No, I'm just kidding~)

It seriously feels a little weird to be living in a country where nobody else speaks Finnish, doesn't it? I remember feeling kind of strange during and after my stay in Brighton, and it took me a while to get used to hearing Finnish again. (Weirdly enough, France didn't really affect me in the same way probably because I still had my weekly chats with keksimonsteri [and you :'D].)

...Finnish is made of win ♥

P.S. How has Vista been working out for you? I remember that you had a few problems with your Word, but how has it been otherwise? Mom's thinking about buying a new computer, so she'd be interested in hearing your opinion ^^

It sort of does, yeah! The realization hits me every once in a while. For instance, when any of Stella's songs come up in iTunes, it takes me a while to get used to the language change. It'll be really interesting to come back at Christmas! >D

But while I feel very immersed into the language here, sometimes, when I get excited, Finnish interjections etc. totally slip out :'D

I haven't had any problems whatsoever. The Microsoft Office thing, I had an older version installed (one for XP) and Vista couldn't quite run it. But I have a new one now and it works like a charm! So I'd actually recommend Vista; it's pretty and so far problem-free ^^;
