More Than Just Books

Doctors have to read thousands, maybe even millions, of pages worth of medical textbooks and journals.

Understandably, it can get tiring. Who am I to deprive my residents of a break once in a while? So, in connivance with the training officer, Dr. Hipol and Asela, we planned a micro mini wine and cheese party.

thanks. it was fun. good excuse to get some alcohol in the bloodstream. hehehe.

seriously, even i learned new things about the cheeses cause i had to get some that i don't normally buy, just to pair with the wines.

next time, and if you can, get the white Castello cheese. It's a Danish soft-mould whatever whatever cheese that's uber sarap. ;)

classy? we've scheduled italian fare next but after that we're having native stuff, lambanog, tuba, crispy pata, sisig and chicharon bulaklak. basta whatever the theme, dapat happy and there has to be some semblance of education. hehehe. anyway, i know of at least two other radiology departments that have wine and cheese parties.

if they're related, definitely they're not siblings.
