I put this under a cut so as to not create demon scrollbars and make my flist hate me, but it's worth clicking on if you like Star Wars or Star Trek. Or talking dinosaurs. Win win!
Yubsie, you need to stop making me jealous that you have a family where such things are actually discussed. Mandy's the only one in my family who doesn't actively roll her eyes at me when I get excited about stuff like this. :P
I did! I meant to e-mail you last night but ran out of time.
I don't think I could tell you much yet beyond general awesomeness; I've only listened to Drunken Lullabies all the way through so far, and I can't stop replaying the title song and "What's Left of the Flag." Once I move past that little snag, I'll start the next album. :P I have yours all set, too. I'm going to try to get to the post office tomorrow. :D
ETA: After posting this, I listened to Within A Mile Of Home. Now I can't stop replaying "Light of a Fading Star." :P
SO IN LOVE. Not even kidding. I haven't listened to anyone but them for days. The greatest thing I've noticed is that even when I don't think much of a song at first, I start loving it after a few plays. I don't know how they do that. :P
Ouch for the loss of the cds, but I could definitely listen to that album for a week.
I haven't listened to Float yet, but The Story So Far is the first FM song I ever heard (it was a free track at Amazon once and I downloaded it for the awesome title), and I love it more than words could begin to say. It was my adoration of that song that eventually made me buy Swagger. So if the rest of the album is anything like that song, I'll probably love it as much as the other albums. :D
Hey, I screwed up today and forgot that the PO closes early on Saturday, so I'm going to have to mail them on Monday. I'll throw in an extra cd to make up for the wait; do you want to choose another album, or should I just make a mix?
