I am inspired. I've been trying to get motivated about working out again, because I got very, very bored with my routine and very bummed about some other things. I haven't gained back any weight but I'm sitting right at the halfway point of the goal I set myself, which is a reasonable one. I just need to buckle down, which means instead of playing Dragon Age tonight, I should do pilates and THEN play Dragon Age.

You're a better woman than I am. I am so damn stubborn. When JD says things to me that hurt my feelings or are a little too true or anything related to my body/weight/working out/etc.... no matter how much it's even supposed to HELP... I do the exact opposite. I close down, I get upset, I eat more, I exercise less. And here you are saying, "yep, this is me and this is what I've done." So kudos to you for being way way way more humble than I know how to be. I have a true appreciation for you in that regard and think it's great you can do that!

I know how you feel. I have no motivation since it's so hot. I just want to lay on the floor and cry all the time.

And I know you know this, but I gotta say it. Diet soda and any other caloire free soda is still VERY bad for you. It's full of sodium and dehydrates you badly. Don't get me wrong I love Diet Coke so much it hurts and I drink it. But I try to limit my intake as much as possible.
