It's in the episode, where Freakazoid goes back in time, and they do the Quantam Leap spoof. Instead of being people in different time periods, he ends up in different movies. It's only about 30 seconds long, but it's still so funny.

Well, during the recap episodes in the middle of the Enies Lobby arc, they decided to animate some of the short comic things that Oda does. They're all weird SD character spoofs of the Mugiwara crew, except one, in which they're interviewed.
