This has been stuck in my head all week! XD It's what prompted this post in the first place.

Me too! There aren't many cartoons these days that have meaningful plots. Apart from action-oriented boys cartoons of course. XD I miss having good gender neutral cartoons!

Watching Hey Arnold again when I was older made me really appreciate it, it was a good show. There was a whooooole lot I never noticed as a kid. Helga's mum being an alcoholic was one! Even on Rugrats, they had that episode where Chuckie's pet bug died, it was pretty sad. They wouldn't do stuff like that now. Probably because parents complain a lot more these days.

Although I won't lie, Fairly Odd Parents has made me LOL on more than one occassion. XD
