Also on my post you replied saying that I should consider my fic in the contest. Do I need to fill out the form and send it to the email as well?

I have your story essentially bookmarked, but if you can send the form it will make it easier for me to keep track and I can forward it along to the other judges. :) So if you can email us the form, please do! Either way, your story is still being considered in the contest.
