I posted my entry to DA about and hour ago but I realised most of my watcher there are leegaa fans so I decided to add my entry here.
I haven't drawn Naruto that much so I hope you excuse me if he looks out of place. ^^;
This is meant for the friendship category but you can look at it anyway you want. :p

You know, I heard someone besides me was going to enter the contest with a comic... what a coinsidence that the person happens to also be the other finn taking part in the contest! :D

I'm so in love with this! The colour scheme, the marker texture on the shading, Gaara being the prettiest thing ever the way you draw him and Naruto being his silly self and the little interaction in general just really reflecting well the cute nature of their friendship.
Also, the shared gardening hobby is one of my many favorite things about them, too.

The "maybe it shines from some angle" both made me laugh and reminded me of this ridiculous colour-changing optical fiber cactus christmas decoration one of my friends had once upon a time. Naruto should totally get one of those for Gaara.

Well, I kind of knew it would be you when I heard someone else making a comic too. Then I started thinking if I should even bother since there's no way I could ever match your talents. But I'm glad I made it in the end since people have seemed to like this. :3

Yeah, he would, wouldn't he? He probably wouldn't keep it lit most of the time because it'd be a little embarassing and a waste of electricity, but when he'd get a moment alone he would sit there staring at the changing lights and think about Naruto. :>

I sometimes fear I draw Gaara too shy and pretty.. My parents actually think Gaara is a girl. XD

when I cosplayed Gaara...some parents asked their children to take photos with me and they thought I was cosplaying a girl...
