I liked this! Poor Sheppard, I could really feel his frustration at the tedious negotiations, but then he can't be blowing things up all the time!

I just have this pitiful picture of Woolsey telling Sheppard "You have to go get us more lima beans before you can fire the rail-guns!" - like a parent telling a child they have to eat their veggies before ice cream. So sad. ;-)

This was a fun story! It's nice to see them doing everyday things for a change, and I really like the points about labor being their most valuable commodity.

I really like the day to day minutia of Sheppard, doing his job, dealing with the travails of boring missions. Sadly, I suspect that Woolsey will expect similar results in the future, and Sheppard will have to resort to sabotage to get them... :)

And I'm afraid that Ronon & McKay would be only too happy to assist if it meant getting out of a trade negotiation. Then they'd all be in Teyla's doghouse.
