After you post in the meme thread, copy and paste the code that's provided. Click on 'link' (next to flag or track this) and copy and paste that url where is says to in the code and you're golden.

The link isn't working, I'm afraid. You need to insert the link to your comment into the link to the meme (there's an area in the meme link that says "insert comment thread here"). Once you insert the link to your comment, then the meme link will work.
