So, we went out to dinner tonight. We were trying to get to Long John Silver's -- the only one in the area is miles away in Frederick, so we drove for an hour or so till we got where it is. The mall it's in closes at 6, and apparently, it closes at 6. Even the restaurant with external doors was closed. Freaky shit ( Read more... )

Yeah, it was our Monday off, luckily. Still had to do errands but we slept in :) Now it's stiffening up as it's getting cold and damp. Ugh. It also hasn't started turning interesting colours yet, which means the bruise must be really deep. Oog.

Monday off -- we slept in, but still had to run around for errands. It wasn't too bad earlier, but stairs = unhappy knee, and it's starting to stiffen up now.

As someone who was around you when said painkillers kicked in I'm happy they did and hope that your work day is full of kisses and rainbows -- or productivity.

Whichever.

Luckily this was my Monday off -- slept in nice and late. Then we went out to run errands. Well, not so much with the running. But I'm looking very much forward to sleeping again. :)

Thanks so much! It's doing much better now, but the bruise is finally starting to show -- it's under my kneecap, so it's really kind of gross. And the scrapes ITCH. I had to moisturize with Neosporin... hahahaha.

Seriously, there's this dark purple line under my kneecap -- it's kind of freaky...
