I upped the intensity of my workout again this morning, and guess what? I didn't die! I ran four 0.5 mile intervals, with the first 0.25 at 5.3mph, and the second at 6mph, as well as reducing my walking intervals from 0.25 mile to 0.15-0.2. Oh, and since I started this, all my runs have been on a 0.5% incline. It's not much, but it's better

Also, Bruce Lee was a huge fan of running intervals, and who could argue with his fitness? He basically did sprint-a-minute, walk-a-minute until collapse.
