I am looking at my calendar and it tells me that on Thursday afternoon, I am supposed to register for classes for my next semester at school, but I just don't think I can muster up the enthusiasm to go to class

Aw, how many more classes do you need to go? I guess if had the time and the schedule to do it, I would just go, have one or two really hard semesters and get it all over with.
But I'm also really burnt out after many many years in school, so I completely understand how you feel.
I guess you have to ask yourself. Where do I want to be and what more do I need to do to get there. If you want to go to grad school and get a masters or a PhD to work with Marine mammals as your career, you can decide what you need to do to get there. If you can do it without the degree, you can take that into consideration. I guess at some point, it's really a question of, if your lack of biology degree preventing you from doing what you want to do? Or, is it worth putting busting ass and putting the time in now to complete it?
I have almost two years of full time classes left before I graduate. And I cannot go full-time at this point in my life (too stressful, and too many more important things going on) so it really means several years of part-time classes. (That's what I get for changing majors halfway through, I guess.)
But I have no plans to go to grad school. Hell, if it takes me this long to make it through undergrad, I'd really never finish grad school! But the nice thing is I am really enjoying the work i am doing now, and there is opportunity for me to be more involved in things at both organizations, so that is good.
I do eventually want to get my degree, but since I live in the present it is much easier for me to continue doing things I enjoy now than it is to put them off for several years.
