To be or not to be...that is the question.

I forget how I found this tumblr - it was definitely through kurt_blaine - but I am LOVING it: Raging Darren Meme Blog. This meme has had me laughing my ass off for days. And not just chuckles...like, big, obnoxious guffaws. Accompanied by tears of laughter ( Read more... )

Tumblr is kind of like LJ, but with a lot of different blogging options and way fewer ads and merchandising. I'd be inclined to get one to blog with, if it weren't for the fact that I have a bunch of ties on LJ and there's a lot of communities on here that don't really seem to have analogues on tumblr. Plus, I feel like tumblr is much more about photoblogging, and in words there the trend is towards brevity.

I agree with you on the photoblogging - it does seem like that's the tendency. Though I gotta tell ya, I really love all the photos. As a visual person, it pleases me greatly. :-P

I'm still thinking about making one. I probably will. XD

Tumblr is fun, and can be quite addicting. You can post pictures, animations, videos, text, questions, etc., and then people can re-blog your posts and add comments to it, etc.

Seriously, I'm already addicted to it and I don't even have one! There are so many great things out there on Tumblr!

Still thinking about it, but I'm probably going to cave soon and get one. Are you still on yours?
