Wow. Comparing those? Wow. I mean...where were Luke's friends? Where were they? That just kills me.

Also, that was heartbreak and senseless tragedy done right, frankly. They made it beautiful.

Seriously. It's not impossible to tell a good story, or have a death scene that's handled properly. Fucking idiot writers.

I'll never figure out why they didn't have more support for Luke. It's not as though he doesn't have close friends or family. Just befuddling on every level.

Oh, I never saw this but remember everyone talking about it. Did "Chasing Cars" really play over the scene like that? Cause me and Carolina actually designated that song as our song for LuRe months ago. And there's just so many other ways Reid's death could've played out but what's done is done. Not happy about it but what can we do?

Yeah, I remember everyone was buzzing about it when it happened, and I was all, "Who's Denny and why does everyone care so much?" I only just recently saw this episode myself (like, just this past weekend!). I'm slowly but surely working my way through the show. :-)

And yes, "Chasing Cars" did actually play over the scene. It wasn't something that the YT vidder added or anything. I'm glad that it held an extra-special meaning for you and Carolina regarding LuRe. ♥ I really like that song a lot.

And yeah, the ending. Sigh. What's done is done and we can't change it. But I am going to do my damndest to ignore it! :-P
