new LJ code push

The newest code push for LJ has resulted in two new fields being added to community info pages.  Just above the members list, you will now see a "maintainer" field, and a "moderator" field (if any moderators have been defined).  These fields are NOT optional, and CANNOT be removed.  If you do NOT want to appear in them, you must get rid of your
