Hee! I'll be putting it on the AO3 this week, and I'll post when I do, in case you still want to grab it. Thanks for hanging in there are work to finish it. *g*
E-readers really do hit the perfect sweet spot between the easy (and searchable) storage space of digital media and the ready portability of a paperback book. My unnatural love for my Blackberry really blossomed when I found myself not only able to carry around purchased books in my pocket but also able to read fanfic in the exact same format as profic. It did great things not only for my unread fic backlog (which is still growing, but not as quickly), but also for my budget, since A) I'm reading so much fanfic in the time periods I used to spend exclusively reading published books, but also B) since I nowadays just add a book to my Amazon wishlist and don't buy it until I'm ready to read it (as opposed to in the past, where I'd buy a book that caught my eye when I saw it and it would just add to the height of Mt. Toberead and it might be years before I got around to it).
But, yeah. Definitely looking forward to having that story on my Kindle so it'll be there for convenient rereading!
