A birthday wish to a friend
On November 10th 2007, a very dear friend of mine is having a birthday. My friend is actually getting up there in years, but still loves to get into a fight every now and then. Hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to sit down with my yearly cake (cut into four pieces)and one beer, and repeat a toast I learned many years ago, while I still served in the Corps.
"Here's to those who were, those who are, and those who will be. Here's to the scarlet and gold, the USMC"
And the reason the cake is cut into four pieces is simple. One is for those who were, one is for those who are, and one is for the future of the Corps and all of those yet to serve. And well the last one is for me.

(No bunny's get left behind). Now that you have found the picture of the Marine bunny I can reveal a long kept secrect of the Marines. The Marines are responsible for the elusive "Jack-a-lope" the idea was to cross breed bunnies with deer and antilope so that Marine bunnies could use the horns as an offensive weapon. ;)
