*laugh* I got the call about our two-hour late start this morning at 5:05 AM. I tried to go back to sleep, and proceeded to lay there until about...seven or so, when I finally dozed back off. Then my alarm went off at eight *cuddles*

Wonder where all those sirens were going, anyway...maybe something happened?

Part of me is very sorry that you had this sort of wake-up call in the morning. And the fact that the police cars, fire truck and ambulance were needed at all.

Mostly however, I kinda wanna giggle.... It's a good story! \o/

I think for a moped/scooter, you need a motorcycle license. Other than that, I don't know. #^^#

My only advice regarding the Vespa:
Carry around an electric guitar slung on your back, and slam it into random insecure looking kids' heads ^_^
