Adam's original contract was with 19R and not with RCA. Here is just one of the articles that reports that Adam recording contract is with 19R and that his album(s) are licensed to RCA.

This is standard for ALL Idols to be signed to 19R, unless 19R didn't want to sign them and they got record deals independently.

Please, show me a source that confirms that Adam has a recording contract with RCA. Being on "RCA roster" or "with RCA" is not a confirmation of the contract.
