Not to mention the fact that a lot of the twitter followers are bots and marketing trackers that no one bothers to clean out.

I wouldn't say no one. Those artists that aren't interested in competing for inflated numbers of followers do clean them out.

ITA, and esp. loved that first link - the constitutionality of his platform in the context of the checks and balances between the executive, legislative and judicial branches is a great argument! I wish everyone would consider all these issues, instead of just saying unlimited individual freedom yay!!. This is an ideal example of be careful what you wish for...
