[COMM EVENT] Be My Valentine Fic Competition
So, changhomin and I have noticed that the comm’s been really dead, thus we are launching our first ever comm event!
BE MY VALENTINE FIC COMPETITION.
What is this?
Writers are given approximately two (2) months to write a fic regarding a f(SHINee) pairing, after which mods will post the fics anonymously and voting will commence to decide the best three (3) fics for the competition.
Rules
1. Fics are to have a minimum length of 2,000 words. There is no maximum length.
2. Fics submitted are to revolve primarily on at least one f(SHINee) pairing (e.g. Onew/Victoria). Side pairings are allowed, but they must not be the focus of the fic.
3. All entries are to be sent directly with HTML formatting intact to fxshineemod@gmail.com. A more thorough guide will be sent during the first and final deadlines.
4. AUs are allowed.
5. Fics can be, and are highly recommended to be, beta’d.
Deadlines: (all deadlines end according to KST 00:00 of the next day)
Sign-ups: 14 December 2011 - 24 December 2011
First draft (at least 1,000 words): 10 January 2012
Final draft (at least 2,000 words): 10 February 2012
Posting: 10 February 2012 - 14 February 2012
Voting will commence after all fics are posted and results will be announced a week after the poll has been placed up.
IMPORTANT: The first draft has to be submitted with a working title, although it may or may not be beta’d yet.
