i need help. the videos i made on my camera, which work on like every other computer, won't play on my laptop. windows media player tells me they're .mov files, which it can't play. now what? download a new player or am i just not able to watch them? HELP

.mov is an apple invention so WMP wont play it.

Just download quicktime player.

You can still upload to facebook and its widely used video format.

but i don't have anything to do with apple. and the videos played on other computers that weren't apples.. i'm confused.

you probably had a media player that played all formats.. having quicktime on your laptop is a good idea anyways.. lots of sites on the internet use quicktime. thats how my camera works too.. all the videos are quicktime..

just download the quicktime player and you will be able to see all your videos.
