One of the perils of being publicly creative is bad reviews. For radioplays, that's rarely bothered me; I'm a sufficiently experienced actor that I can tell if I'm doing a poor job, and can usually fix it (and if it's bad it's the director / producer's fault anyway

Us creative folks are very sensitive. However, if they bother to comment at all, that means you're doing a bang up job as a writer/actor/whatever, because they found something in it that they just had to comment on. Good, bad, and ugly, it's all a process.
