The site we use is www.hodgesbadge.com (or hodgesbadges.com). Look for Horizontal Badge Ribbon. We used very basic text for ours, but there is a way to submit custom artwork (which could look kickass).

I'd suggest getting them very soon, because I think about two weeks is the turnaround, and it's three weeks to Con.
