First Day.

I worked for the first time today. The nice part of the job is that it requires very little effort, but it can get dull at times. I just swipe cards and get drinks from the cooler pretty much. I had to learn how to make coffee using the machine, but that was the most complicated task of the bunch. The girl I was working with kept talking about

Thanks for donating blood. I couldn't for a year after going to Mexico, and we'll see if there are any restrictions after spending time in Spain. Anyway, thanks.

I tend to do it whenever I see the sign. Besides the macabre fascination with watching the blood drain into the bag I know for a fact it is something I can actually do to help people.
