Here is my new house... or it should be as of Sept. 1st. It's not the one we first wanted 2 weeks ago, but its one we found this past week and loved. Super cute little cottage with tons of space!! it is so great. really. i didn't think i would be able to afford a house like forever- aside from closing costs, its not that expensive. i will be paying the same in mortgage, tax, and insurance every month that my apartment in KOP cost. awesome.

The house is really cool , it will be fun to help this time around and let you guys have all the fun paperwork and stuff. At least your lawyer cannot be as bad as ours, although bill did know his stuff at the closing. That is so awesome , i am so happy for you guys, I pray that the inspection goes well tommorow, but if anything happens it can be in your favor because the seller will have to fix it or you can negotiate price, but everything will be fine anyway. If there is any advice i can give , if you care , is that everything can be stressful, but dude it is like getting married , enjoy the process , relax and everything will go smoothly , this is cheesy but God is in control he allowed everything to fall into place , ok my rambling is complete , i love you guys so much
