This is really quite brilliant. I think you've captured both Bryce as a character and the feeling of the show quite well.

I'm glad you like it! Yeah, writing this made me think about Bryce a lot more--they only give us so much to work with in the show. But that's what fanfiction is for, neh?

Nnnngh, okay, the other fic was Bryce wanting, but also THINGS HAPPENING, like, following the episode's events and such, so there was a nice structure wherein things I knew would happen, happened, and Bryce pretty much was at the same level of want for the entirety of the fic, and that allowed me to keep my sanity.

THIS was Bryce wanting - wanting to push Chuck up against a wall. And we got to see the realization. And it's during college. While they're rooming together. Also, Chuck against a wall.

I'm going to go ahead and fall to happy pieces all over the floor now.
