Nor that it was creepy and nonconsensual, but I don't tell them about that in general.

Trufax conversation from dinner tonight:

DAD: So, what are you thinking about?
ME: Um, not much.
DAD: You always say that.
ME: Well, nothing you'd be interested in.
DAD: Is it gay panda porn?
ME: ...
DAD: ..wait, is i--
ME: So there's this anime called UN-GO...

Admittedly, I didn't have the heart to tell him the porn in question was written by me

my life and welcome to it, un-go

It kinda threw me, I admit. *g* But at least he did not ask for details. Even though I might have given them if he asked, I've developed a terrible habit of honesty

AHAHAHAHAHA.

This probably ranks as one of the most awkward convos had with a parent over a dinner table, EVER.

Fortunately I did not go into much detail, I just mentioned that there were some panda-esque characters who liked to hit on the main guy, but yes, it came very close to being far more than my parents have ever ever wanted to know about me. *g*

He said he only picked 'panda' at random! But I know that was a lie, clearly he is psychic.

I didn't give him many details, to be honest, but the fact that his shot in the dark actually hit was impressive enough. *g*
