Which is to say, I've finally caught up on White Collar, and oh it is so lovely. Haha, I had actually considered just linking to copperbadge's post about White Collar, which is what got me to catch up in the first place. *g* But yeah, you've got it right, they respect their characterization--no one's a caricature, and no one becomes a caricature to serve the plot of the episode. Which is more than I can say for any show I've been a fan of, honestly.

I remember hearing good things about Life back when it was starting, but it fell under my radar after that. And alas, I should probably get caught up on my other shows before I start a new one. But thanks for the rec! I shall keep it in mind.
