--well I suppose I want to know if they're going to do anything with certain old-series people. Hm.

Saw End of Time Part One, and I really have no deep opinions on it other than that 1) boy howdy John Simm gives good crazy and 2) I do not think I'll be reading many reaction posts about it since seeing people criticize stories I didn't already dislike gives me hives. Oh! And seriously someone needs to give John Simm a sandwich, although ( Read more... )

i like actors, i have a crush on every boy, apparently i really like the master, episode ramblings: doctor who, doctor who

I was just happy he was eating something for once! Really I bet RTD included that plot element just so he could force John Simm to consume nutrients for the first time in his life.

You can read my reaction post! I liked it!

And yeah, John Simm could use a sandwich or two. Very foxy, though.

So you did! Good to know that I am not alone, although I do acknowledge that it contained elements of sheer WTFery. But all Rusty finales do, so I am mostly used to it by now.

I will not tell you my opinion of it then for I do not want to give you hives. Because then you'll have to get bees, and as I understand it they're expensive.

Seconding the hair thing though. And the skinny thing. Maybe Time Lords have faster metabolisms?

Expensive and high-maintenance! Also I am not as fond of honey as some people are, so there really would be no point to it at all.

On one hand, the "Time Lords have faster metabolisms" theory would seem to ring true these days. On the other hand...later-episodes Six. *cough* I LOVE HIM BUT IT'S TRUE.

It was crack, it was over the top, I can see why people didn't like it...BUT I LOVED IT AND I DON'T CARE WHAT THEY THINK.

I think between Wilf and Ten's conversations and John Simm in general, anything in this episode that may have been edging toward suck has been given a free pass non-expiring get out of jail free card. So, yeah, eat something John Simm, but I still think you are adorbs. The end.

An excellent summation of why I did not mind the episode! Honestly, it was kind of a thrill just to see Bernard Cribbins' name in the opening credits; I always loved Wilf, and seeing him take a bigger role makes me happy all around.
