Combaticus contains my favourite moment in the whole of Superjail!, and it doesn't even have the Warden in it.

"You heard about Fight City?"
"...Fight what?"

IT GETS ME EVERY TIME.

Also I find the pilot of SJ a bit weird, but only because I watched it after the rest of the series. I think the Warden is a lot more uhhhh bitchy in the series. He is whiny and paranoid! Whereas in the pilot he's, you know, all about the rainbows and bunnies and dressing up as lady liberty. Yeah, I love that bit.

You watched the pilot after you watched the rest of the series? That seems...very disjointed. I was going to say "you must have been confused", but then I remembered Superjail does not really have what you would call a plot, so. The pilot is kinda different--the Warden's sort of...suaver, I guess. More toned-down in his mania. And his voice is a little different, too; I remember being a little disconcerted that I found it so sexy after watching the pilot, and then in the rest of the series he suddenly got even more fey and kinda whiny. I do love him either way, but the difference is interesting. And, it is kind of sad, but I may have memorized the little speech he gives about why he created Superjail. The world was not ready for his methods!

I do not have any close contingency of Reaper fans, though. Woe.

Oh, I LURRRRVE Reaper. 'Tis totally awesome, and I can't wait for it to return!

REAPERRRR. ♥ I remember, before I watched the first episode, thinking, well, it's about a guy who hunts down souls for the Devil, and it's called Reaper; probably it's pretty dark, maybe sort of in the vein of Buffy but without the humor. And then I got thirty seconds into it and I realized how wonderfully wrong I was. *g* I am deeply saddened that nobody else seems to care about it--it's adorable! It's cute! It's silly! Sure, it raises some uncomfortable metaphysical questions about the nature of God and the afterlife, but dammit, it's Buffy meets Dogma, and there is no way that can possibly not be good. Stupid American viewing public and their refusal to watch all the shows I like. The fandom ain't exactly great shakes either, though it's been a while since I last checked--too dark, too weird. (Admittedly, the two fics I ended up writing got kinda dark, but I didn't intend them to, I swear.)

EXACTLY. Spot on assessment.

I have barely participated myself. The only things I've seen are some Reaper/SPN crossover vids that were kind of neat, but I think logistically Reaper and SPN can't take place in the same universe that easily. Their mythologies are pretty different.

I do not know what exactly bothers me about Jack Nicholson, I just really do not like him. He's a good actor, but...yeurgh. Creepy.

3. Name an actor that would make you more inclined to watch a show:

Lee Paaaace ♥

I have ordered you at some point, somewhere, to watch Wonderfalls, right? It's fabulous. It's got talking from things that aren't supposed to talk. And closeted lipstick lesbians. And Lee Pace. And Jaaaaye. <3

Also, it totally ends after episode eight. It can theoretically end later, but only if you watch ALL FIVE REMAINING EPISODES IN A ROW and do not have time in between to think about them.

Oh, and Kaylee! Did I mention it has Kaylee?

I have indeed seen all of Wonderfalls! And it is pretty awesome, not gonna lie, although I am not really so fond of the Kaylee plotline. It was...not all that well-written.
