I was a very sadistic child when it came to my favorite characters--I would imagine elaborate plots to get Sonic mortally wounded (partly so that he could be nursed back to health by my Mary Sue, but partly because it just felt so good); later, after running across the Fellowship of the Ring movie for the first time, I frequently replayed in my head all the scenes where Frodo was attacked. Yeah. Weird little kid, I was. I've grown out of it now, I think, but I still have an active appreciation for cute guys in distress...

You look behind the cut tags of a show you don't watch? Brave woman. Unfortunately, the fanfic pickings for Chuck are very slim indeed--there's a few good stories by hackthis and sparky77, but that's about it. (And mine, I suppose.) So you're really much better off watching the show. Only thirteen episodes! Not that much of a time commitment!

Yup, two new episodes aired on the same night, to finish off what they had in the can before the writers' strike. They called it the Chuck Sandwich. There were a number of amusing, brief commercials featuring the cast--but I don't think you can torrent those, alas.
