Having just seen the first episode of Psych: yeah, so, I'm doomed. At least this one has comparatively short seasons. Also, hey, it's Cutthroat Bitch! She's pretty. Her partner is not so pretty. Shawn is very pretty, even if he has a big nose. Actually he kind of looks like angsty Wesley, only without the angst. And the accent. And pretty much ( Read more... )

Let me know if you still need any Pertwee episodes, i ran across 'em again the other day.. (in theory i have Four episodes too but i haven't actually laid eyes on them recently ;P)

Also, my torrent of Entourage has all but died & this depresses me. *sigh*

I may indeed need some Pertwee episodes, yes--if only to see more of the Master. But not yet; I've got so much else to get through. Thanks for offering, though! :D

*offers sympathy hugs re: Entourage*

i mentioned it 'cause of UNIT being omnipresent in those episodes (although it was introduced in Two's era) and Sarah Jane joins on as a companion with Pertwee as well.

yarr, meany ol' dead torrent *shakes furry fist*

http://www.stage6.com <-- Has classic Doctor Who episodes, along with bucketloads of other odd and interesting stuff. Has the first Doctor Who episode ever (which I watched!), and I've watched several of the Tom Baker ones on it (this was my favorite, though I watched it under a different title and can't find the original now). It even has Blake's 7, which apparently was a British science fiction-y show in the 70's, in space, and vaguely reminiscent of Firefly in that the government guys are bad, and the rag-tag group that resists the tyranny of the government is good.

My dad also found a movie on there entitled "Gayniggers From Outer Space". We have yet to watch it, though my dad did burn it to a DVD (we were all going to watch it at my grandma's house--yes, my grandma's house. We have a history of watching bad and cheesy sci-fi there--but her DVD player was too old). I'm sure we'll get to it eventually.

... Not that you don't already have a lot in your queue. ;)

Man, 'gayniggers in space' is possibly the greatest name for a shitty sci-fi movie ever.

Psych is a less angsty Dead Zone. Did you ever see the USA promos where Johnny and Shawn were talking to each other in a diner about who has it the worst, and then they see Monk lining up his corn pieces into rows and they just sort of nod at each other in a draw? It's hilarious.

Shawn: "You just touch an object and you know everything!"

Johnny: "*shrugs* You have a photographic memory."

Shawn:" "Yeah, but that came through years of study and emotional abuse!"

Monk: "Five, six, seven, eight, nine..."

....snrk. No, I haven't seen it (never watch live TV, and am not caught up on Dead Zone anyway), but that is awesome.

PSYYYYYYYCH!

I never watched it in any sort of order or anything, but Psych was one of the shows I would watch with my (now ex) boyfriend. And it is SO AWESOME!

There is an episode. With a dinosaur. Oh! And an episode with Tim Curry! Eeehehehhehe!

I like Psych, and want more of it.

Watch the one with the dinosaur! Yes! And the Tim Curry episode is the first episode of the second season... and it is one of my favorites, which is saying something, since they're all awesomely hilarious.

Unfortunately, she appears to be only in the pilot. I was very disappointed by this. Maybe it was a schedule difficulty or somesuch? Her character certainly seemed like one who would continue to be important.
