Playful!Peter for not_a_billain
"Nathan! Watch!" He's supposed to be on vacation. Home on leave. I was told to leave him alone. But it's Nathan. My hero and I haven't seen him in months.
Is it too much for his little brother to want his attention?
"Nathan!"
He sighs, his eyes never leaving his book. "I'm reading Pete. Give it a rest."
Looking around I make sure it's only him and I. I climb fast, reaching my destination in record time.
"Nathan look! I'm just like you. I can fly!"
That gets his attention. Panic on his face as he sees me, my arms spread out wide as i stand on the roof.
Closing my eyes I jump, smiling with no hint of fear.
"Pete!" Arms wrap around me as soon as i come up for air.
I'm grinning as he pushes my hair out of my face. "Did I do it? Was I Superman like you?"
He lifts me above him, laughing as the water drips on his face. "Yeah Pete. You did good. We'll just work on your diving form later."
The rest of the afternoon was the best ever. Filled with laughter and swimming lessons from my big brother.
Maybe one day he really would teach me how to fly.
