help!

Someone sent me an attachment from their Mac Mail to my G-mail. Somewhere along the way, it's not being parsed properly. Anyone know a solution to this?

I've already asked him to resend it to another account of mine, so hopefully that works. I'm just trying to find another way since it's important.

If it was formatted properly as a MIME message in the first place, use a regular imap client (e.g. thunderbird or eudora) to connect to gmail. I'm not convinced their web interface always does the right thing (on the other hand it does seem to be better than yahoo's interface for attachments).

But it may just be damaged, in which case resending it is the best option.
