...I won the tournament. Though I won the final by default. I have to admit, I'm a little disappointed that my opponent didn't bother showing up. But at least I was able to do what I had hoped to do--test my abilities against those of other people here

...I'd think no one could sneak up on me, but...someone had to have taken me here against my will in the first place. I'd never agree to be put in this situation. So if someone took me here against my will, who's to say they couldn't take me away?

This business of people vanishing from the island is most intriguing. Do we know when they were last seen?

If they found a way out, it would have been kind of them to tell us before leaving. If not, then it seems likely that some less pleasant fate than simply returning home awaits them...

...I don't know. Out of all the people who have disappeared, I was only familiar with two of them. And with the tournament and all...I don't know when they were last seen.

What do you mean 'how much energy someone has'? That sounds a little abstract, you mean like adrenaline levels or energy projection or something? Though I guess it's sort of an interesting ability.

I wish I could have entered the tournament, but I arrived too late.

Every person has life energy, or ki, within their bodies. It's usually indicative of their physical characteristics, like strength, speed, and endurance, and can serve to tell whether or not a person is in good health. Generally, the more ki a person has, the stronger they are.

I don't know. It seems like, the more I remember, the stranger things become. First my physical abilities, then flight, energy blasts, and now this... I don't know how I got these abilities.

As for the missing people... I don't know. Some people say that they found their way home, and others say that they went off to who-knows-where. I just hope they're all right, wherever they are.

Same here. One of those people who disappeared was a friend of mine, so hopefully he was able to get home safe...or is just safe. And that goes for everyone who vanished.
