Fish Creole

(My slightly modified version of a Better Homes & Gardens recipe)

Ingredients:
12 ounces fresh or frozen fish fillets
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped portabella mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons margarine (trans-fat free please!)

I don't eat very much fish, but I may have to try this. It looks great.

Oh, and you have the very same plates that we have!
