I think it's confirmed that KAT-TUN will sing the theme song for RESCUE
(judging by the credit on RESCUE promotion poster:

Johnny makes no fucking sense. NEWS should sing the opening theme song since Massu's in the drama, too.

Most of the time, it's the lead actor's respective band that gets to do the theme song. Nakamaru happens to be in that position.

After the long lay-off they had after the QoP tour, I think their work schedule for '09 is more than justified.
