I always did my regular allotment for phone calls and online voting, but now I'm gonna be voting like a ninja, they won't know what hit them!

If you are, or ever have been an NSYNC fan, you WILL vote for Joey next week.

That should be on an icon that everyone should have!

I think the main problem is apathy. A lot of folks say "oh I've moved on" like NSYNC is now beneath them...and these are folks who used to be die-hard fans!

I don't understand that kind of loyalty. If I like someone, even if I don't actively follow their career anymore, I'd suppor them if they were on something like this.

I don't get it.

I just don't quit caring about someone like that.

I completely agree with you here! And I don't understand it at all either.

Where does this "well I *used* to like him" thing come from?

Like I said, I know interests change. And for cryin out loud, the make it hard being on "hiatus." But I'm seeing folks on boards say they're watching the show but just don't like NSYNC anymore. WTF is that?

I can understand that interests change and people move on to other things but to not like them at all any longer, that I don't get. Maybe we're the rare ones??

Seriously! WE MUST MOBILIZE!!!! He'll do his part, and keep putting up those awesome scores, but we must smile and dial...and dial...and dial...and click...and dial...and click...and click...and dialllll....!!!!

Good point about some of BRC's votes possibly going Joey's way now. From your lips to god's ears :)

I think BRC and Joey are a lot alike, they're both generally happy guys and don't take this TOO seriously. I hope he can get all his votes next week!

Another theory I'm reading is that people voted more for Ian just to make sure that Billy Ray went home. And th at's something I could totally believe.

But yeah, the show is really harping on the cocky/confident thing.

I didn't actually watch season 2 of American Idol, but I remember someone saying that Ruben was in the bottom two at one point and nobody believed that he actually got so few votes.

I've never watched this show before so sorry if I piss off any longtime fans, but I in no way have enough faith in the people running this shit to presume that they didn't futz with things for the sake of drama.

Yeah, I really wouldn't be surprised at all. TV execs are just THAT sleazy and they don't care that they just sent a bunch of people into a panic! lol
