~.: Is it really so hard to find a program that is basically Microsoft Word but isn't so I don't have to sacrifice my firstborn in order to get it? I just need a program that shows me my editing and saving options, shows me my margins and rulers, and lets me format my pages. Is that so hard?? My APA guidelines are written such that it is assumed

Does Microsoft Works format the way you need it to? I usually use that since my Word expired many moons ago.

I really don't know much else in the way of Word processors. At least not ones that are free. My only guess would be Microsoft Works, but I never use that so I don't know.
