I asked my mom if she wanted another cat (she already has two) and she told me to bring her home with me when I went to visit over Christmas. You think anyone else would mind??

I think you should do it! If...you can catch her/him. T-T I hope it doesn't snow before school break. Of course there are also kennels that you could place him/her in until then if you catch Luthie, dunno how much the least expensive place costs, though, or how well they treat the animals. Man I'm thinking about this too hard aren't I? If only they would let us keep Luthie in a room downstairs or something! I think that if you decide to do it, you might want to place an announcement in the daily letter asking if anyone knows if he/she belongs to someone or if anyone else already has plans for him/her? I dunno. If only the SPCA here was funded better...or existant. I know the one in Charlottesville is overloaded with animals and can't take in anymore. :S Okay I'ma stop talkin' now! :D

I don't think you're thinking about this too hard at all. I'm pretty much wondering the same things. I wanna work on a layout for the MBC LJ community I made, and I was considering putting an announcement there, but putting one in the email is a good idea too. I wonder if I could call the local SPCA and have them set a cat trap so I can catch her and bring her up with me when I go, cuz there's no certainty I'll be able to find her when I need to. :x She kinda comes and goes, but mostly I see her down by the library. I think what I might do is if I see her the night before I'm ready to leave is take her in my room for just one night and make sure no one finds out except people I absolutely trust won't tell the HC or JB on me. :x Should I be posting this here in my LJ?? ^^;;;;;
