Just because you made the excellent X-Men 2 does not give you carte blanche to do a second reboot (rereboot?) of Battlestar Galatica before the exceptional (new) TV version is even cold in the ground without a fanboy lynchmob forming.

What irritates me about Harvey is that it was already remade as a tv-movie for CBS. And that one wasn't exactly magic.

Yeah, I read about this a few days ago. I must admit I can't even raise myself to be annoyed about it, more, I dunno, perplexed? Confounded? I'm genuinely excited about seeing several forthcoming productions (Caprica, SG:U, Daybreakers) but this, this elicits nothing in me.

The last reboot of the series was apparently quite good.

I don't per se. I just think there should be a respectful gap between remakes of anything - especially one as critically acclaimed as the BSG one.
