Aliens Vs Predator - Requiem:

Made AvP look like fucking Atonement. On paper, some good ideas. In practice, bowel-shatteringly bad execution, wafer thin characters, looks like it was edited after 12 cans

So ... the Heath Ledger thing. I hadn't even heard of him until this morning. Was he a good actor? What was he in other than Broke Back Mounain (which again I didn't know until this morning) and the upcoming Batman flick (which I didn't realise it was him in it until you just said?)

I reckon his other big films would be "10 Things I Hate About You" and "A Knights Tale".

He was certainly a competent actor - although by all accounts his forthcoming (and final, it seems) performance in The Dark Knight is amazing.
