I feel more obliged to read Bakuman because they'll share tips and things that I'll definitely find helpful, and I generally like manga-about-manga; I also think this one is a bit more realistic than others. I just cannot stand Moritaka's objectives.
I figure it'll be pretty shonen and our dynamic duo will fail and succeed and have some suicidal moment and eventually super-succeed, but yeah, I'll be morbidly pleased if they end up drowning themselves in a gutter. >_>;
Hm, the projects I'm working on are a bit light-hearted and fantastic (and don't really exude cynicism), so I don't know whether you'd find them tacky. >_>; Hahaha... I might post the ideas here sometime (I know for a fact that you'd loathe my 2nd idea. It's shoujo.)
