the taste is of the cheese itself, but the texture is fantastic, you can't really bite into it, you just tilt the plate into your mouth and it slides off, and bursts in the mouth. quite the experience.
damn.. you make it sound so good. Someday you should share your culinary experiments with us. Maybe we'll get to try them out too.
