I'm SO glad you posted this here because I was gonna send you a PM if you hadn't. :D

I wanted you to know that this little gem took my breath away. Just the absolute simplicity of using the prompt without ANY twists was AWESOME to me. And that last line just...GUH. It just blew me away at the angst of it.

Anyway, I loved it. It was my top choice. :D

I'm so glad you like it :) To be honest, when I first read the prompt, the last line was the first to pop into my head and I knew I had to enter. Then it was just building a little background around it.

Also congrats to you for getting mod's choice!!

I love it when it works that way. :D The biggest issue I always have is dwindling it down to 100 words. :)
