The past two or three suits I've made have had more than enough room in the leg padding for a decent sized computer fan, but I have no way for the fan to circulate air properly. Okay, I am desperately needing to install a fan into my fursuit head, because my glasses will fog without ventilation. Ive found that the shops only seem to supply little 12v cpu fans, and these 12v fans require a huge heavy battery. So, I bought a hideously cheap plastic fan from my local department store last summer (it probably cost me $10AUD), and when I finally came to pack it away, it didn't even work. =( So I pulled it apart and was going to dump it in the trash. Hello againn :]

So I'm trying to figure out how to put fans in my suit heads.  Is it possible to put a fan in a balaclava/foam base head? If so, where would you put it? and how would you put it in there?  I'm aware of Matrices tutorial, but that only says how to put it in a mesh base head.

If anyone has ideas, or knows how to do this that's be great!
