ive seen this tutorial myself and it sounds complicated as fuck especially when you have to cover your arm with a sleeve

Ive made wings using fleece and fur before. Its kinda just like making an arm sleeve. Measure the circumfrence of your arm and how long you want it to be. Your fingers will actually be inside of the feathers of your wing so you might want to plan the transition of the fur to fleece well. You can add "ripples" the size of each feather on the end then sew them to the fur. Leave the bottom of the sleeve open so you can sew the rest of the feathers to the fur. The feathers can be made by simply making a pattern and sewing 2 pieces of material together. You can airbrush the material too to give it a better look. Foam can be placed inside the feather to give it a better.
