What's the best adhesive for thin fabrics? SOLVED.

What's the best way to have all three layers attached the best way I can possibly have them attached?

I know sewing would likely not be my best option.
Interlacing would show up as 'white' underneath >_< need this to be invisible on the edges, or looking nice.

...but sewing would the best option?

Just sew it and trim the allowance close, turn it using a stick to get all corners urged turned all the way and press your edges with an iron? ?
If the fabric is too fragile to turn/iron, just topstitch it, then trim close to the stitching to clean it up?

You gotta use a matching thread definitely.

Material seems a bit thin for sewing, unless its of fairly good quality.

Either way, if the wings are meant to be articulated or withstand huge gusts of wind + regular movement I doubt sewing or glue would hold up well unless all the edges/connecting bits were strongly reinforced.

If you really don't want to sew it, then maybe heat bond? It's fairly clear, but I don't know what the webby fabric that you have there is, so I'm not sure if it would work, but maybe worth a try.

You can get Stitch Witchery in sheets and iron your layers together. Stitch Witchery is basically ironable "woven" glue.

I hope that it doesn't get my iron all glue-y because this fabric has holes in it @_@ Is there a sheet I can use on top of it for the iron's metal that would be safe as a non-stick material? Like a baking sheet or something?

You can use kitchen parchment paper (the silicon kind, NOT the wax kind!) between the iron and the fabric. Put the silicon side toward the glue. Then it peels right off the fabric, and doesn't goop up your iron. :)

If you're looking to glue and not sew, I would try 3M's Super 77:
